La Reina was founded in the Vision and Principles of the Sisters of Notre Dame and is rooted in our Catholic identity. The school has a long tradition of helping every student find her own voice, and believe in herself as an independent thinker, with a deep commitment to serving others.
At La Reina, students take center stage and develop their passions. Throughout our 11 acre campus, they find dynamic and creative learning spaces that spark their creativity - a ceramics studio, robotics lab, black-box theater, Mac Lab, mock trial courtroom, library, dance studio, music room and vocal and instrumental arts room.
We empower young women to be informed, empathetic, and engaged members of society. Our students make a difference through experiential learning and engagement. La Reina provides a faith-filled environment where students come to know their own gifts and deepen their relationship with God.
Cultivating trust with parents plays a vital role in effectively addressing crucial issues such as the safe, ethical, and effective integration of technology into the learning environment.
In a world marked by rapid change and shifting values, La Reina Catholic School stands firm in its commitment to empowering young women through an authentically Catholic education.
Promoting a distraction-free environment encourages students to socialize, to concentrate on their classes and to live in the moment with their friends and peers.
n an effort to support the La Reina community in the ongoing challenges with technology, La Reina presented an evening for parents with Dr. Lisa Strohman, a world-renowned psychologist, and author of groundbreaking book, Digital Distress Growing Up Online. Nearly 300 families and community members attended this free event in order to educate themselves on the impact of technology on today’s youth.
